We offer jobs
with meaning
At Landpack, a fulfilling job with ecological impact and a welcoming team with a passion for sustainability await you.
Job with meaning in an impact start-up
With us, everything revolves around ecological impact. Join our team if you want to create real value with your work and if meaningful activity is important to you. We offer you fulfilling work that has an ecological impact and simultaneously challenges and promotes your personal development.
Family Start-Up
Our family-friendly attitude is characterised by a founding team of parents. Children are always welcome here and can let off steam in our garden on the trampoline, swing, and in the sandpit. We do not have company parties without children, as they are valued here at Landpack.
Sustainable growth
We are in the scaling phase. Now it's all about international expansion, new production sites, new products, and building a partner network. Be part of this exciting growth phase! We guarantee steep learning curves, varied and challenging projects with responsibility from day one.
Diversity in every respect
Diversity is very important to us. Our founding team is 50:50 male/female. The management board is mostly female. Not only is our team international with 10 different nationalities but our background couldn't also hardly be more different. We see diversity as an enrichment because we believe it enhaces creativity and makes us a stronger and better society.
Easy Going
Dress code, working hours, place of work: in production we must regulate that. In administration, on the other hand, we are easy. Flexible working hours, home office, garden office, and dogs in the workplace. You can design a working environment that suits you personally.
Rooms like on holiday
Who can say that their office is located in an architect's house in modern country style with a fireplace and cosy living kitchens, a large garden, and a wide view over fields? Going for a morning jog between fields and forests, cooking together and sitting around the campfire in the evenings? With us you work, live, and stay. After all, work and life belong together.
Sustainable and successful product solution
Not only do we produce but also distribute and market a sustainable solution for a current world-wide issue with plastics. Our Landboxes have already received awards and have become a game changer for the cold shipment industry.
Friendships and fun
We are a young and international team that works best together while staying true to our individual selves. Having fun is important to us and friendships built at Landpack go beyond our working hours.
Flat hierarchical structure
Because we have little bureaucracy and hierarchy we can come to an agreement more efficiently. So even though we are a continuously growing team we stay agile in our decision making process. Everyone gets the chance to take responsibility and bring their individual ideas to life.

LANDPACK OFFERS YOU:
An internship with meaning and impact! You can expect an innovative and sustainable product, exiting tasks, and a dynamic working environment. That is why we do our best to foster your personal development with regular feedback on the projects you are working on. Our team consists of motivated doers who all want to make a difference. Regular presentations keep you on the ball about what’s happening internally and at the same time give you an insight into our other departments. Friendship and fun play a big role: We regularly end the day with a game of football or table tennis, or sometimes simply on the terrace or in front of the fireplace.
Do you have an affinity for chemistry, sustainability and product development? We would like to get to know you! Send us your resume, previous work/study references and a short text describing who you are, why you want to intern at Landpack and when you could start at jobs@landpack.de.
