At the 8th German Fruit & Vegetable Congress (DOGK) on 20 and 21 September 2018, current topics and trends were highlighted under the motto “From seeds to the point of sale”.
More than 500 experts from the fruit and vegetable sector discussed aspects of the entire value chain of fresh fruit and vegetables. As a pioneer in compostable insulated packaging for the food sector, Landpack was one of the speakers and presented how food consignors use ecological packaging made of straw and hemp as a marketing tool and thus inspire their customers. Best practice examples and various areas of application were at the forefront.
“The extraordinary ‘unpacking experience’ of our straw and hemp packaging creates differentiation from the competition, higher customer loyalty and has a positive effect on the company image in the long term.” Was the conclusion of founder Thomas Maier-Eschenlohr.
