Landpack launches strategic partnership with Ratioform20.04.2020 | by Christoph Humpert
Our entire product range is now also available in smaller quantities from Ratioform Verpackungen GmbH. In the first phase Germany, Austria and Switzerland will be served. Other European countries are in the pipeline, and will follow shortly. “We see Ratioform as the strategic partner for the distribution of our sustainable packaging for smaller and medium-sized purchase quantities. Interested parties and customers benefit from an above-average level of advice, a high level of service, and the wide range of complementary packaging solutions offered by the market leader,” says Patricia Eschenlohr, founder of Landpack.
Ratioform Verpackungen GmbH is Germany’s market leader in packaging for shipping, warehouse and offices. The company is headquartered near Munich – as is Landpack – and operates throughout Europe with its B2B multi-channel sales strategy. Ratioform was founded in 1979 and the Ratioform Group is part of the TAKKT EUROPE division of TAKKT AG.
“The demand for sustainable packaging is growing strongly. We are adapting our range to meet this demand. With Landpack’s packaging, we have now been able to expand our portfolio with very good, ecological alternatives for insulated shipping,” says Sylvia Meierhans, Product Manager at Ratioform.
Sven Lauxmann, Chief Sales Officer at Ratioform, adds, “The strategic partnership we are entering into with Landpack is an essential logical step for us in the expansion of our sustainable orientation. The Landbox® is simply a product that speaks for itself: it offers shippers not only ecological but often also monetary added value. We are fully convinced that Landpack’s high level of product expertise, coupled with Ratioform’s consulting and service know-how will enable us to offer significant added value to existing and new customers.”
Landpack is a specialist in the development and production of environmentally friendly packaging. Landbox®, developed by Landpack and internationally protected, is the world’s first 100% environmentally friendly insulating packaging with the performance data of Styrofoam – made from straw. “In a few weeks, another Landpack production plant will go into operation – another milestone on our growth path. Our goal is to provide sustainable shipping with the innovative Landpack products to all interested parties wherever possible. We are therefore very pleased about the partnership with Ratioform,” Ms. Eschenlohr continues.
